In-Service Professional Development for Schools

NJHEART designs and delivers customized professional development to empower all educators, from teachers and counselors to instructional coaches and school leaders, to create inclusive and equitable learning environments in both formal and informal settings.

We develop programs tailored to your specific priorities and goals, offering in-service sessions in full-day, half-day, or hourly formats. While our highly interactive in-person workshops are preferred for maximum impact, we also offer virtual sessions upon request.

As of the 2023–24 school year, NJHEART accepts payment from school districts for in-service programming. Crucially, we remain committed to ensuring access for all; we continue to offer training at no cost to districts that lack available funding.
